ParkSocially has re-styled the map for easier viewing. Maps are used to display your location, pin locations, and to provide a simple navigation view when selecting an area to park.
To request a spot, tap Find a Parking Spot on the home screen. Select the location and type of spot you need, then confirm to send the request to the Community.
When you select a spot, our navigation tools will guide you there in real time. Simply follow the directions on the map and you will arrive at your spot.
ParkSocially uses location data and Google Maps technology to calculate your distance and the time required to get to your spot.
To share a spot, tap on the Share a Parking Spot button on the home screen. Enter the location and other information about the spot, and then confirm to share it with Community Members.
To delete a spot that you shared, tap Edit on the Share screen and then tap the red Delete button at the bottom of the screen. After you confirm the delete, your Share will be deleted.
In your Profile, select Advise Members Where to Park. Select the areas you know best to receive notifications in the future and help other Members find spots. Every time one of your Tips helps a Member find a spot, you will earn 25 Credits.
Push notifications and in-app messages are mainly used to communicate with our Members. We also text messaging only for verification purposes when users can't remember login info.
In some cases it's necessary to use your phone strorage capabilities. For example, your profile or vehicle image data will be stored on your device.
We keep you personal data to a minimum, storing only your name, email address, and phone number. It is recommended that you also enter your vehicle data such as Make, Model, Year, and size. All of your data is stored using the latest in security technologies.
If the spot you park in is close to the one you selected, simply mark it as completed. If the spot is in a completely different area, please delete your request. Please also leave feedback in the box to be courteous to your fellow Community Members.
If you can't find a spot for your desired location, tap the Request Help button at the bottom of the Map. Members will respond with Tips on where you might find a spot.
We can't guarantee the spot you've selected will always be there when you arrive. That's the nature of the beast. However, if this happens, you have a few options. First, mark the spot to show that it was not available when you got there. Next, you can go back and search for another spot, or you can ask the Community for help on where to park. You can also send us a message about your experience. Feel free to reach out, we're all ears!

Credits are how we reward you for your engagement activities. Credits are earned when you perform actions like searching and sharing spots, and sending tips. You earn achievement credits when by being highly engaged in the Community and reaching levels that are higher than average. See your Scoreboard for details on each level.
To delete your account, tap Settings in the menu, and then Delete Your Account. You may choose to completely delete your account, or to deactivate your account for a short period of time.
To download the app, access your favorite app store on your mobile device and search for ParkSocially. The app is lightweight and will download quickly.
Sign up by providing your Facebook or Google login information, or use your email to create an account. You will be asked to provide your phone number and a password. After you confirm your email address, your account will be ready to use.
You password should be at least 8 characters in length. We recommend that you use a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters for better security.
